I am a debt collection attorney in Austin, Texas. I appreciate being able to help businesses collect debts, accounts receivables, and judgments owed to them in Travis County and throughout Texas.

I also enjoy helping individuals prepare wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. In addition, I help families probate wills when a loved one dies.

I graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986 and have been practicing law in Austin since. Prior to then, I received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 1983.

I am a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Austin Bar Association, the Solo/Small Firm Section of the Austin Bar Association, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Austin Bar Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
